Account Usage and Termination

• Account Closure: If we detect activity that violates our ToS, we reserve the right to close the offending account. User safety is paramount, and adherence to our policies is non-negotiable.
• No Appeal Process: Currently, we do not offer a formal appeal process. If your account is closed, you will not be able to sign up for PromptINeed again. Any alternative accounts created will also be subject to closure.
• Subscription Cancellation: If your account is closed, any ongoing subscriptions or paid services will be automatically canceled. If your last payment was within 7 days of account closure, you will receive an automatic refund.
